How do I calculate delivery times at PrintRobo.com?

Total delivery time results from receipt of payment, receipt of data, production time and shipment duration.

Please note the following:

  • Receipt of payment : The payment in advance required
  • Receipt of data : After the file is uploaded and proofed by us, the file receipt process is finished. Should your data not comply with our requirements, delays may result.
  • Production time : This depends on your selection.
  • Shipment duration : 3 ~ 5 business days (not including weekends and holidays) for your package to arrive.

Please note the following:

What do I prepare my design file?

To ensure that your design meets the required specifications, it is recommended that you download our product template Files.

  • File types : Accepted file types include PSD, PDF, AI(version 10 or newer), INDD
  • Resolution : Files should be high resolution at 200 dpi

Change and cancel orders

If you change your mind regarding your purchase, you have got the choice cancel your order among one hour of purchase. To cancel your order, please follow the steps below;

Log in to your account.

Go to your order history and find the order you would like to cancel.

If the order has been placed but one hour ago, there'll be a 'CANCEL ORDER' button showing at the next to your order list.

Please choose this button, you may then be asked to verify your cancellation request.

To continue cancelling your order choose 'CANCEL ORDER' once more. If you do not want to cancel your order, select 'No, come back to order'.

We can not undo this once an order is canceled. You have to replace the order yourself.

Please note, this automatic cancelation is only available for the first hour of your order creation and can not cancel orders after this 1 hour window.

If the button "CANCEL ORDER" is not displayed in the order list, the order is locked and can no longer be canceled.

Check order status

When you place an order on PrintRobo.com, you can check the status of each order in Account > Order History of all order history.

For customers, PrintRobo.com has facilitated the monitoring of your order status. To make it more convenient for you, we have created these guidelines to help you step by step.

There multiple statuses for your order depending which stage it is at. Below is a list of the statuses you will see when checking your order's progress.

Needs Payment - Your order is awaiting payment before it can be printed.

Order Received - Payment and artwork for your order has been received. Your order is waiting for the Pre-Press team to process.

In Prepress - We prepare and send you a proof for your review and appoval.

Ready to Print - A proof has been approved and your order is ready to print.

Processing - Your order is on the press. At this stage, you may not be able to modify your order.

Complete - Your order is finished. You will receive it within the time frame specified.

Shipped - Your order was delivered and a tracking number has now been provided.

On Hold - Your order may have a problem. Within 24 hours, our Customer Services team will contact you to inform you about any problems.

Canceled - By your request, your job was canceled.

Product quality issues

If you are unsatisfied with the products, or believe you have received an incorrect product, you must contact PrintRobo.com by email to service@printrobo.com within 30 days after receiving your order:

1. The amount of defective products and the set if any
2. A sample photograph from the front, mid and end of the package(s) showing the defective product
3. A written defect description
4. Order number

For a review of your inquiry, please allow up to 2 working days.

We will process returns within two working days from receipt. As long as the goods returned meet our refund criteria, you will receive a refund 24 - 48 hours after processing your return depending on the issuer of your card.

Each order is made on a customized basis and has no reselling value. Orders returned without prior permission are not eligible for compensation.

VAT

As PrintRobo.com is an international company, with no physical presence in your country, we are not required to collect sales tax for online sales. Import duty, which is a tax collected on importation, can normally be paid based on the value of the goods being imported. Import duty, tariffs, import taxes and import tariffs are defined, depending on the situation.

Payment & Invoice

We only accept payments via PayPal, which is a well known, trustworthy and secure way of making Internet payments.

Payment to us via PayPal is easy. Even if you don't have a PayPal account, you can use your existing PayPal account or pay by credit card. For more information, go to the http:/www.paypal.com Paypal website.

You are temporarily transferred from our site to the secure PayPal website when making a payment.

We receive no financial information, passwords, credit card numbers or personal data other than your name, e-mail address and address. While PayPal is extremely secure, we are not responsible for protecting your personal data.

You are encouraged to carefully read the associated PayPal policies. After your payment has been completed, you will be provided with a link that allows you to return to our site, complete or cancel the transaction and view or download an invoice.

Payment

PayPal is supported by payment processors from PrintRobo.com. Here are some questions about PayPal that are frequently asked.:

  1. Do I need a PayPal account to check out?
    • Yes, You need a Personal PayPal account in order to pay with PayPal. You are prompted to log in or to create a new account once you select PayPal.
  2. Can I use credit or debit cards through PayPal?
    • You checking out with PayPal can use credit or debit cards saved to your PayPal account.
  3. Is PayPal secure?
    • Yes, all your information is kept safe by PayPal. The receiver won't receive sensitive financial information such as your credit card, or bank account number when you send a payment using PayPal. You don't have to worry you don't know about paying people.

Shipping

PrintRobo.com prints and ships by DHL, excluding major holidays in your country from Monday through Friday.

Holidays - DHL couriers may not be able to deliver your shipping until your recipient's office is open if your shipment arrives on holiday.

Weekends - Transit times are calculated in working days, so, if applicable, you will have to account for weekend days. Note: Weekends may vary according to country. Many Muslim countries, for example, on Saturdays and Sundays are open for business, but are closing on Fridays.

  1. How can I find out where my shipment is?
    • DHL Express provides current information on where your shipment moves across the network.
  2. Does DHL Express deliver to APO box addresses?
    • DHL Express may not deliver to the PO, APO or FPO box address but can request the shipment to be taken up. It can then be picked up at the local DHL Express station by the receiver.
  3. I was charged duties and taxes by Customs for something purchased online. Why wasn’t that included as part of the overall shipping costs?
    • Please bear in mind that some or all of these products may not originate in your home country when you purchase goods through Internet sites. When products are not transported domestically or within a single customs union, you are liable to pay any inbound fees and taxes deemed appropriate by your local customs agency. Duty and taxes are usually not included in the on-line purchase price of the goods.

      DHL pays any duties and taxes on the goods in your behalf to the Customs Authority when they enter the country. This simple procedure ensures that our courier can deliver your goods as quickly as possible. Please be advised that we will only release the goods to you when all duties and taxes paid on your behalf have been fully paid.

Returns, Reprints & Refunds

  • It is possible to return the product when the product is shipped due to the defective or damaged product. (However, if the product is damaged due to carelessness, it is not returned.)
  • If the product is defective, in the case of insufficient quantity, additional rebuilt will be added.

Reorder

  • The data you have ordered will be retained within 30 days and can be reordered.
  • The data after 30 days will be deleted automatically.

Membership

Sign up for PrintRobo.com membership is free and you can get various benefits by registering as a member.

Forgotten the password

Enter your PrintRobo.com ID and a password reset email will be sent to your email account. You can set a new password through email authentication.

Managing the account

You can edit your personal information by logging into Account > Your Account.

Membership Withdrawal

After login, you can go to My Page > Membership and proceed to "Membership Withdrawal".
